These Terms apply to your use of certified-pep-usa.com (the “Site”) and to purchases of Certified Pep products (“Certified Pep”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. We may refuse or cancel any order, or suspend an account, if we suspect fraud, misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.
2. Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use; not for use as a drug, food, cosmetic or dietary supplement; and not for diagnostic or clinical use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement on the Site has been evaluated by the FDA. You are responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal, and for complying with all laws and institutional policies that apply to you.
3. Orders, pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Products and prices can change without notice, and we may limit quantities. If an order contains a pricing or availability error, we may cancel or correct it and will tell you if we do. Orders are completed and paid for on certified-pep.com, our order platform.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we never store full card numbers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment, unless you add package protection at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Inspection, returns and refunds
Please inspect your order when it arrives and report any damage, shortage or incorrect item within 3 business days. All other sales are final. See our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Limited warranty
We warrant that products will meet the published specifications for their lot at the time of shipment. If a product does not, your remedy is a replacement or a refund for that item, at our option. Except for this warranty, products are provided “as is”, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your handling, use or resale of products, or from your breach of these Terms.
9. Resale and export
Products are not intended for resale. You may not export products in violation of US export control or sanctions laws.
10. Site content
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and lab reports, belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy or scrape it without written permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Washington, except where the law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
